More information about the Pastoral Care Ministry Group:-

The group meets bi-monthly to share the concerns of congregation members and respond to any needs accordingly.  In particular the group maintains an awareness of those who are ill or in other need.  Home communion services are arranged by the group throughout the year to cater for those unable to attend church on Sunday morning.

A strong visitation program is run by the group that makes sure each member of the congregation has an assigned visitor as a point of contact for any needs that may arise.  The group also makes certain any new-comers or visitors to the church are warmly welcomed and that information is readily available on the activities of Forest Hill Uniting Church.

The Pastoral Care Ministry Group also facilitates a number of activities within the church to promote fellowship including: –

*Day and evening fellowship groups     *Open house lunches      *Going out to dinner       *Dinners for Eight      *Home hosted morning teas           *Celebration of important events – Wedding anniversaries, etc.
